Incredible! I do not think I've ever written a review, but this gym has been a great help I thought I should. Our baby is 2 months old, completely captivated by this thing. If he is always restless and I can not find a position you like, I put on the table and 75% of the time he is happy gurgling and cooing and batting toys at the moment. It's like they threw the switch happy healthy child.

He can reach the toys, so get some feedback on where their hands and feet, and there are things in the ripple padded "floor" of the gym that starts with enthusiasm. It has become possible to take a shower or doing homework quickly, and I feel he is getting much more of it than I would have slept in his crib. I wish there was an adjustment moving but no sound, but sounds like baby toys are not so bad, and honestly, I love so much I could handle much worse in the music department.

It is semi-portable - easy to remove the curved arms, and the bottom fabric is folded, but the arms do not collapse, and are long, so if you're traveling you need to have a big suitcase. I thought this was ridiculously expensive as baby toys go - especially since in my experience, babies often the packaging of the toy comes in than the toy itself - but it was worth. Even I could buy one for a friend.

Some lifters (particularly powerlifters) swear by chalk, and claim its use is as necessary a part of lifting attire as tank tops or tennis shoes. Other gym members (often the fitness, less hardcore types) see chalk as a messy and unnecessary addition to their gym. Both sides are partially right. Let’s delve deeper into chalk use in the gym.

Chalk makes lifting easier and safer. On major lifts like the deadlift, the use of chalk allows the barbell to slide easier across the leg, making for more weight moved and a lot less bleeding from the legs. On the bench press, chalk assures a surer grip on the bar, which can prevent a heavy barbell from slipping and falling on a sweaty lifter. Chalk does help prevent injuries.
